The State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) provides the closing interbank rate for Euro to PKR at the conclusion of each business day (Monday to Friday).
In the meanwhile, the open market rate for EUR to PKR is a tiny bit higher than the interbank rate supplied by banks when consumers are buying foreign currency from them. It is also important to note that all incoming payments made to clients’ bank accounts are credited in accordance with interbank rates.
