Former Prime Minister and PTI Chairman Imran Khan challenged the rejection of the request for cancellation of the arrest warrant in the Tosha Khana case in the Islamabad High Court.
The previous day’s decision of the Additional Sessions Judge has been challenged in the Islamabad High Court, Imran Khan has requested the Islamabad High Court to cancel the warrant.
In the Islamabad High Court, Imran Khan filed an application through his lawyer, Miran Khan’s lawyer requested to set the application for hearing today.
It should be noted that on February 28, the court had issued a non-bailable warrant for Imran Khan for non-appearance.
