Possible arrest of Imran Khan; Islamabad Police reached Zaman Park

For the arrest of Imran Khan, a team of Islamabad Police reached Zaman Park with an arrest warrant, a heavy contingent of Islamabad Police reached Lahore for the possible arrest of Imran Khan. Islamabad Police says that they have reached Lahore to arrest Imran Khan on the order of the court, Imran Khan will be arrested on the order of the court.

In a statement issued by the spokesperson of Islamabad Police, it has been said that all operations are being completed with the cooperation of Lahore Police. Legal action will be taken against those who obstruct the execution of court orders. Islamabad Police will transfer Imran Khan to Islamabad under their protection.

Leader PTI Fawad Chaudhry says that the attempt to arrest Imran Khan will seriously worsen the situation. I warn the incompetent government not to push Pakistan into further crisis. The government should act sensibly.

Hammad Azhar appealed to the workers to reach Zaman Park. With the news of possible arrest of Imran Khan, Tehreek-e-Insaaf workers started reaching Zaman Park.

It should be noted that on February 28, Additional Sessions Judge Islamabad Zafar Iqbal issued a non-bailable arrest warrant for Imran Khan for non-appearance in the Tosha Khana case.
